By engaging Effective Garden Care services, you agree to these terms. Our services include garden maintenance, landscaping, plant care, and related horticultural activities as specified in individual service agreements.

2. Service Scope

• Regular maintenance visits as scheduled

• Seasonal cleanup and preparation
• Landscape design and installation services
• Irrigation system maintenance and repair

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of service completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

4. Liability and Insurance

Effective Garden Care is fully licensed and insured. While we take utmost care, natural plant mortality and weather-related damage are not covered under our service guarantee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48-hour notice. Emergency weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

6. Property Access

Client grants reasonable access to property during agreed service hours. We will respect your property and privacy at all times.
